These Terms govern your access to and use of the SectorScript website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SectorScript provides AI-powered sales enablement tools including prospect research, call scoring, roleplay, scripts and coaching for telecoms sales teams. We may improve, modify or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and use the Service for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually per seat in advance.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one, no card is required to start.
- All fees exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing or unsolicited communications
- Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to process
- Reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product
5. Customer data and AI processing
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We use your data to train AI models only when you opt in. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be used to improve the Service.
6. Recordings and consent
Where you upload call recordings, you confirm you have all necessary consents from participants under applicable law (including UK GDPR and PECR). We provide tooling to help; responsibility for lawful capture remains yours.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, all related software and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
8. Availability
We target high availability and publish uptime targets in the Business plan. We may perform scheduled maintenance with notice. No service is guaranteed uninterrupted.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, each party's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you lose access to the Service; we delete or return your data per the DPA.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
